Unified Back Office Platform for a Global iGaming Enterprise

The challenge

EveryMatrix operates one of the most comprehensive B2B iGaming platforms in the world, with separate products spanning casino, sports betting, payments, and affiliate management. Each product had its own management interface, forcing operators to juggle multiple disconnected tools to run their businesses. The company needed a unified back office that could centralize monitoring, configuration, and operations across every product line — all while handling massive volumes of real-time data from live gaming sessions, financial transactions, and player activity streams. The frontend needed to be fast, modular, and capable of absorbing new product integrations without architectural rework.

Our solution

We engineered the frontend architecture of the Unified Back Office using AngularJS with a modular component structure designed to accommodate an ever-expanding roster of integrated products. WebSocket connections delivered real-time data streams from gaming sessions, transaction processors, and player management systems directly into the interface, giving operators instant visibility across their entire operation. We implemented the build tooling with Webpack and Gulp.js, modernizing the development pipeline to support rapid iteration. Backend integration layers were built with Node.js, and we used CoffeeScript for portions of the application logic where concise, expressive code improved development velocity.
